1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all digital files sold via the LøvskogPrints website.
1.2 By placing an order with LøvskogPrints, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2. Product information
2.1 LøvskogPrints offers digital files that can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
2.2 All images and descriptions of the posters on the website are as accurate as possible, but minor deviations may occur.
2.3 The downloadable files are available in PDF format only.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 All prices stated on the website include VAT.
3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
3.3 After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a download link for the digital product. This is valid for 30 days.
4. Delivery
4.1 The delivery of the digital files takes place immediately after successful payment.
4.2 The customer is responsible for entering their email address correctly during the ordering process. LøvskogPrints is not responsible for errors in the entered email address.
5. Returns policy
5.1 Since LøvskogPrints products are digital files, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.2 After purchasing the digital files, the right of withdrawal expires. By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges and agrees to waive the right of withdrawal once the purchase is completed.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 All digital products from LøvskogPrints are protected by copyright.
6.2 It is not permitted to copy, share, sell or otherwise distribute the digital files without written permission from LøvskogPrints.
6.3 The customer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the digital files for personal use.
7. Liability
7.1 LøvskogPrints is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the digital files.
7.2 LøvskogPrints does not guarantee that the digital files are free of errors or viruses. The customer is responsible for adequate security and virus protection of their own equipment.
7.3 LøvskogPrints is not responsible for small white borders that may appear when printing, even if the file is designed to cover the entire paper. For a possible solution, please see the FAQ section on our website.
7.4 LøvskogPrints is not responsible for any blurriness or poor print quality if the posters are printed by the customer. We highly recommend printing the posters through a professional printing service to ensure the best possible results.
7.5 LøvskogPrints cannot be held responsible for any quality discrepancies when using print services selected by the customer.
8. Privacy
8.1 LøvskogPrints respects the privacy of all customers and ensures that personal data is treated confidentially.

9. Changes to the general terms and conditions
9.1 LøvskogPrints reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time.
9.2 Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the LøvskogPrints website. It is the customers responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 LøvskogPrints shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform the agreement if such delays or failures are caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LøvskogPrints, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, internet connection issues, third-party service disruptions (e.g., payment processors or email providers), or other unforeseen events.
10.2 In the event of force majeure, LøvskogPrints will notify the customer as soon as possible about the delay or inability to deliver the digital products. LøvskogPrints will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation but is not obligated to provide compensation in cases of force majeure.
10.3 If the force majeure lasts for more than 30 days, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement free of charge, without LøvskogPrints being liable for any compensation.
11. User Account and Security
11.1 Account Creation: Customers may choose to create an account on the LøvskogPrints website to manage their purchases and personal information. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it can help customers process orders more quickly.
11.2 Customer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account and for keeping this information up to date. The customer is also responsible for securing their account details, including their password, and must immediately notify LøvskogPrints of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breaches.
11.3 Data Security: LøvskogPrints takes reasonable measures to protect customers' data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, the customer acknowledges that no system is completely secure, and LøvskogPrints cannot guarantee that the customer's data will be entirely safe from malicious attacks.
11.4 Account Usage: Customers must use their accounts solely for personal purposes. It is prohibited to use the account for fraudulent activities or to infringe upon the rights of other users or LøvskogPrints' services.
11.5 Loss of Access: If the customer loses their login credentials or password, they can request a password reset through the website. LøvskogPrints is not liable for the loss of access to the account due to customer errors.
12. Applicable law
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 All disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in The Netherlands.
